1. Acceptance

By using BuyWise (the website at getbuywise.com or the Chrome extension), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

BuyWise provides AI-assisted fake-review detection and product analysis for e-commerce pages. Results are informational only — we make no guarantee of accuracy and are not liable for purchasing decisions made based on our analysis.

3. Free & paid tiers

The free tier allows up to 10 deep analyses per day. Paid plans unlock higher limits as described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@getbuywise.com.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the BuyWise API.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• One account per person — do not share accounts to circumvent usage limits.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Fake-review detection is probabilistic — BuyWise may miss fake reviews or flag genuine ones. Do not rely solely on BuyWise scores for high-value purchasing decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

BuyWise and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users.
